We are making new attempts utilizing AI. Even if we say AI utilization in one word, its reality varies widely, such as chatbots for internal knowledge using language models, defect lot detection by image analysis, etc., but what we are introducing first is the generation of construction example perspectives by AI.
By utilizing AI for design concepts and simulation of completed drawings, it becomes possible to obtain new perspectives and ideas.
In addition, regarding the special plastering finish patterns using Italian stucco, which is our specialty, we conducted model learning with LoRA and DreamBooth, and AI learns our skills and aesthetics, and generates new designs based on them.

Furthermore, based on perspective drawings of projects and photos of actual objects, it is becoming possible to simulate specific walls with our finishes.
This allows us to visualize the finish before construction and make optimal proposals to customers.
